This was bought for my autistic child that has self harming behaviors. I can not say enough good about this thick foam helmet!! Fits perfectly (follow sizing chart), comfortable weight, plenty of breathable areas. Can take a hit anywhere safely but full face nose area. She loves it and she looks like a superhero, just needs a cape. Now I can't get it off her!!

Great for sparring.Be forewarned that these MUST air out. The chemical smell is very strong! I was hesitant to allow my child to wear them, but after 2-3 good days of airing them out, the smell goes away. I'd even suggest wiping them down with soap and water, or vinegar water, before use.

Great sparring helmet, good when trading blows or just messing around.Kept me from getting seriously hurt by some roundhouse kicks I wasn't able to dodge.Fits well, no issues with slipping or unwanted movement.

It is a very nice product but it is made VERY SMALL!! I bought a Medium and it would not fit anyone in my family, even my 5 year old. Had to give it to a sparring partner who is 3 at our dojo. I am going to see about ordering another one if they are larger.
