This was installed on an older Progressive Industries EMS-PT50S. Installed fast using on the 2 end screws on the hinge bracket. Works great!

Somehow I managed to break the original hinge, so this was a very welcome replacement. Easy to install and now my surge protector is weather-tight once again. Great product!

Part is fine. Fits well. Only needed the hinge which used to be available for free from Progressive. Because the hinge is not available as a separate item, this was more expensive than necessary. The surge protector/electrical management system works great but the hinge tends to break where it attaches to the main item and should be made of more durable material.

I have the 50 amp protector and this fit perfectly. just needed the door as the old one cracked and would not fit the newer 50 amp plugs and still be able to close. this one fits and I am finally able to close the clear weather protector door

My 2+ year old Progressive Industries portable EMS-PT-50X had a broken cover that was too shallow to begin with. This deeper replacement cover fit perfectly and now allows me to fully close the cover to improve rain protection.

It is extremely wonderful that Progressive makes this replacement part available without buying a whole new unit!My old hinge broke off plus I had a older model that my cord would not completely fit in behind the enclosure, The extra deep plastic enclosure this comes with now fits my cord completely. My unit now looks brand new thanks to Progressive making this available!
