Carburetor for: PW80 Y-Zinger 1983-2006, Replace with: 21W-14101-00-00, 21W-14101-01-00.
Inner diameter (intake side): 20mm, outer diameter (air filter side): 32mm, you may need to adjust it slightly during installation.
Please check the dimensions of this carburetor, shown in the second and third pictures!
Your old carburetor needs to look like the same with our pictures to replace it!

Perfect fit, everything worked. Had to adjust the float level slightly and the main jet was a little big but overall very satisfied.Update: main jet was super fat. Went to jet the carb and threads for main jet were funky. Not compatible with any other jets. Ended up combining parts of the original and this carb. Used the original venturi tube, original 125 main jet and original needle. Would rev out on top but mid range was lean. Moving needle clip position down to richen helped. For the money? Yeah worth it. Better halfway know what you're doing though.

installed carb, turned on fuel, leaked everywhere. It was missing the fuel bowl gasket. Managed to use old carb gasket

No problems replacing the original carb on my PW80 with this one. All hoses and cable fit nicely. Bike starts right up and runs better than it has in a long time.

So I tried it out on my Yamaha because I my carburetor was not working correct so we bought this cheap carburetor and it actually works pretty good but it was missing carburetor and he works part. It was a part that was not that important but like you could get it off the Old carburetor that’s what I did and I recommend getting this.

I installed this carburetor on a 1994 Yamaha PW80 Yzinger. It was a relatively quick and easy install. Once installed it only required a very minor idle adjustment and it now runs like a champ! It's definitely worth a try.

Easy to swap out and replace. Down side is only was good for about 2 months and now leaks gas out of it. Get what you pay for

Had to adjust the air fuel, and idle but was pretty easy to do. Was much better option then the original as it is been out of stock for 3 months.
