Prroduct did not function as intended. Has almost no coldwater pressure, even though hot water pressure is acceptable. To have good water temperature, handle must be positioned to 'cold' but water flow is a 'trickle'. A new valve cartridge provided by the company did not fix the problem.

Despite arriving broken along with a missing part, I reordered it. When it gets installed, (hopefully), I will write a full review.The replacement arrived in a much better box. The tower was in one piece and relatively easy to install, for a professional. However, even with a water softener, it is difficult to keep clean. It is good looking and works well but further research for others is suggested.

This unit is an easy, affordable and stylish alternative to the in wall expensive plumbing and tileing. We have 75 psi water pressure with pex 1/2" lines which are run aways so there's a little pressure and flow drop, the unit works well with that combination. Don't expect a Swedish massage but there is plenty of water for a relaxing shower. Each of the different functions work pretty much individually, but you can have two of the functions run at the same time but be mindful that you are splitting the pressure and flow in half to each of the two functions you are using so not as much water and pressure to each. We chose this unit because of the matching black glass with our tile band and the built in mirror, hope this helps.

Great shower Spa, love the different options it has, mine was professionally installed, but it is easy to do it yourself. The only thing I wish this model had was that instead of a chrome finish will have been nickel finish.

I was considering buying a cheaper one but decided to go with this one and I'm very happy I did. The whole think is solid and feels well made. It was easy to install and has been working perfectly for the past month. I was replacing an old shower tower that was in my house when I bout it 7 years ago. This one is much sturdier than the previous one. All the ports are working properly with good water pressure.
