The Tower is very nice but you'll need to tighten numerous loose connections before you install it.Overall, it's a quality unit but...1 - After a gentle (post shower) wipe down of the tower, one of the body nozzles broke off and now we can't use the body jets at all. (See picture)2 - The city flushed the water lines and eventually a little debris got caught in the shower head causing half of the nozzle tips to get clogged. The bad part is that there is NO WAY to flush out the shower head.

For how much money this cost it should have better design and engineering. The support base for the rain fall just spins even while using it. Then scratches the bamboo. Then on top of it the divert valve selector does not even show the correct function. Which was a reason why I bought the one.I got this for a air bnb and you think a customer is going to be happy when they adjust the shower head and it does a 180 and smacks them in the head.NoIt does look nice but now all I can see is the liability and scratch.

We've had the shower spa for 6 months now and are very happy with our purchase. It is well made, very sturdy. The handheld has great spray power, rain showerhead and the body jets are a bit less, but water pressure is good! No complaints.

Great materials and workmanship. A few loose connections in back, a little intimidating for an old plumber, but was connected without much trouble using PEX hose and Sharkbite connectors, and two guys. Looks awesome and performs nicely. Really classed up the new tub/shower combo remodel. Very happy with the purchase.

I priced this direct from Pulse Shower spas and found Amazon was several hundred dollars cheaper! It also comes in a gallons per minute (GPM) that conforms to California law (Home Depot's version doesn't) so an additional bonus as this was the shower panel I wanted. It came well packaged and my contractor had no problem installing. Its beautiful and works great. We love feeling like we are showering in a spa now! As you can see water on the unit as just showered and we don't have any issue with water spots if don't wipe down.
