Height adjustable and perfect for teens/adults. I am able to use this with my son, who is quite a bit taller than me, and it works effectively for both of us.Easy to assemble and usage is fairly self explanatory.Build quality is decent especially considering the pricepoint.A valuable tool for incorporating accuracy and speed among other things.Air retention is great.No complaints

My son is 6ft tall and loves boxing. I thought this would be a perfect birthday present! You can adjust the size so the bag is in the right height. You can fill the base with water or sand. I did water because it's for an upstairs room and it's easier to move! It is made well and comes a pump as well. Good price! Shipped super fast!
