Good price for what was offered at 25% to 30% off from the larger brands. However after receiving it, it was a very light weight and appeared to not be of good quality. I was concerned, but have to give it a shot as it is here now. We plugged it, put a 5 gallon water bottle on top and crossed our fingers.While the product does function, the water from every tap (cold, hot, room temp) flows very slowly. And I mean slow. The hot water heater makes noise when heating about every 20 minutes, but we were fine with that as it was working.As far as the temperature, the cold isn't really cold, it's just colder than room temp. You can't fill more than one glass of water before the cold becomes more room temp. The refrigerated resovoirs aren't large enough to accomodate more than one glass of water. Same thing with the hot water; the resovoirs are too small to accomodate larger volumes that a mid-size house would require.Overall we would not purchase the same product again. I can't fault the manufacture as they did deliver on what they promised...kinda but in a disapointing way. We will not return the product. Lesson learned.We are going to order an Avalon water dispenser again that served us well for 10 years prior. The Pureplus will be donated to someone.

It's loud and the green light comes on 25 percent of time saying the cold water is good to go. Cheap

Am very pleased with the quality. Is quiet but can hear the motor hum if standing very close. Water is cool and looks fine in it's little nook. Would buy it again.

Hardly holds any water on the cold side. Doesn't refill the cold side unless you jiggle it. Would have spent less money on something else and gotten better results.
