Quality is good and at a good price but customer service fails to meet any reasonable standards. No phone contact for customer service, have to email and wait few days for cryptic unhelpful message. No ability to add rain cover.

Pergola was shipped via FedEx which wasn't what was tracked. The lights were shipped via post office which was tracked. When I reached out the company was quick to respond and provide the FedEx tracking. To setup, we had 5 people and it took a couple of hours. Overall pleased with product and how easy the installation was.

I needed something that could handle really strong Arizona winds. After I set it up a big windstorm came in and made one of the cross bars come loose. Not a big deal, the canopy just flapped about for a bit till the next day when I reassembled it. I put duct tape on the joint in the middle where it separated allowing it to come apart. Now it holds up perfectly and when the wind really kicks up it automatically pushes it closed. Good product. I highly recommend it if you are seeking something to withstand high winds. I bought the lights for it. They aren't really necessary.

Super easy to set up. Very solid when it was mounted. Love the sliding canvas. Overall a great addition to the household. Really makes the backyard pop.

Absolutely amazing. Quality is great. Great instructions. And easy to setup with a helper. Would highly recommend. Comes with enough lights to wrap around two sides.

We bought this because we had a pergola but the wind last year broke it down so hopefully this one will last longer. So far so good. It seems more sturdy and stronger
