I typically do not write reviews but had to on this one. We loved the ease of this product in regard to assembly but the main reason I am writing is due to the excellent customer service. We had a small issue with the roller blinds, broken bracket. I reached out to their customer service, and they went above and beyond to stay in contact with us while resolving our issue. I have been in customer service for 40+ years and have very high expectations and they were exceeded!!

Just finished installing it. Thought it went together well. The instructions could use some editing, and one of the screws in the instructions seemed to have been replaced with a different one, but it all worked and all the pieces were there. Seems sturdy and operates smoothly. The only big issue we had was installing the louvers. Some popped in easily, but most didn’t….until I used a little WD40 on each bracket and channel locks with a rubber pad. (Found at harbor freight) that made easy work of them. Overall about 5 hours with mostly one person. Definitely need two or three people when you first connect all the sides and stand it up.
