Well built and it in-fact does come with a gasket even though the instructions don't specify the gasket at all and only mention using caulk to seal (which is something you ALWAYS do when installing anything outside or in wet environments.) They may have added the gasket after the initial comments. Easy to install. Note that the instructions and even the box say that it's a cover for a Ring camera device, not a gate access switch, but it works for however you want to use it.

Got this to cover a switch we have on the inside of a gate to open it. It works ok, it would be better if it came with a gasket, or seal for the back. I ended up putting some silicone along the back, but I would have preferred something that I did not have to permanently attach.
