These push-up bars are sturdy and well-built for home workouts. The foam handles provide a comfortable grip, reducing strain on the wrists. Anti-slip footpads keep them stable on any surface. Lightweight yet durable, making them easy to store and carry. A great addition to any strength training routine..

I have the Power Press, which is a plastic peg board which allows you to place handles in different positions to work different muscles when performing push ups, e.g., wider/vertical for shoulders, closer/horizontal for back, etc. These push up bars allow you to do the same exercise without the bulk of that cheap peg board, with more comfortable handles, and much easier to store. Note, when I opened the box my initial impression was that they are cheap PVC and I could have made the same with parts from Home Depot. But after using them for a while, the plastic is very sturdy. I have no worries that they will snap. And the rubber feet and and foam handles are parts that you couldn't easily duplicate on your own. A nice, versatile excercise tool for the price.

The assembly instructions acknowledge that these push up bars will require quite a bit of pressure to put together and recommend tapping them on the ground, but that wasn't enough for me and I had to use a rubber mallet to get everything in place. The grips feel really nice in the hand and feel good to use. I struggle with correctly distributing my weight over my palms when doing push ups and these help me do them with correct form.

I've been trying to get more into shape and I've always wanted to do be able to do more pushups. These bars were fantastic in adding more depth and comfort to each rep. They feel very sturdy, the plastic is very strong for how light weight each of them is. The included booklet says that the max weight they hold is 440 lbs. The padding on the handles is very nice, feels comfortable and not slippery. I haven't tested it with sweaty hands, but then again you shouldn't do pushups with sweaty palms anyway. And my hands feel totally fine after a set of pushups now, no pain and a lot less wrist soreness. The feet are very secure and don't slide on any of the floors I've tested them on. They have a sort of rubbery texture that grips very well.My only major complaint was in getting the handle bar inserted into the feet. Three of them went perfectly (and have since bottomed out with just a bit of use.) The last one didn't go quite as far and even tapping it against the ground didn't get anywhere. This is annoying as the bar isn't level that way. So I pulled it back out (which was not easy actually) and added some WD-40 to the hole. Then it slipped right in, no issue! So if you've got one that seems like a tight fit, do that before you wedge it in there.Overall a fantastic product that I hope will really help me get in more workouts. Very much worth buying.

Super easy setup, great for anyone wanting to do push ups for the first time. Must have if you a person who needs and extra lift from the ground. The grips are comfortable n the rubber foots keep it from sliding. It's made of plastic, but it can easily support my weight ( 200 lb ) without a problem.

These work great. Nice grips. Light and portable. Helpful to have next to fresh while working from home.

I have always had to do push ups on my knuckles. The outside of a close fist basically. When I try the traditional way my wrists don't bend backward well and end up causing pain.I know these are good for other reasons like getting a deeper push but for those that have a hard time in the traditional push up position these are a game changer. They are lightweight yet strong and portable. I feel they will hold up for a long time.

Never got to use them because when you have to assemble the feet one of the handles did not seat all the way down. I put all my weight on it and still would not go in and cracked. The other handle went it smoothly maybe just just one was defective.I was really looking forward to using these but will need to be tossed unfortunately or maybe reconstruct the foot out of PVC/ABS
