The board and bar are solid, but the resistance bands are weak. One snapped, and replacements were previously available but now seem to be discontinued. I hope they bring them back.

Everything you need to have a complete full body workout. Easy to attach to door frames ect. Very durable.

This pushup board is just that and then some. The board itself is excellent quality, very heavy duty and well made. It has hinges so it's easy to fold for storage. It comes with several attachments, even a bar attachment! That is probably the coolest feature! I double up on the bands to make it "heavier" and it's a great workout. The instruction pamphlet provided has a good overview of general exercises you can do with this. Definitely an excellent product to easily workout wherever you are. It's not the smallest, so for travel you'd have to plan accordingly but still could be very useful to take wherever and get a good workout in. I'm incredibly impressed with the quality and value. Highly highly recommend no matter what fitness level you're at!

Just not my preferenceI like the different options this board offers but it’s not my first choice when going to workout. It is as advertised, quality could be better and wish it came with more/better instructions. Might gift it to a friend and see if they like it better.

This is a really nice piece of exercise equipment. This is the second push up board that I have ordered, and this one is so much nicer than the other plastic one, and I really liked that one. Push up boards are great for upper body strength and keeping proper form, I use this all the time. The resistance band and workout bar are like Pilates bars, they attach to the push up board for a total body workout. This is a great idea.

Where a lot of them on the market are plastic, and that’s exactly what I had previously been using until I got this. Not that the plastic ones are completely terrible, but there is a large quality difference I feel like between those and this one. I really like the overall sturdiness of this board, and that it comes with a carrying bag. BUT, the carrying bag isn’t for the board itself. It’s for all the accessories, which is still nice. The bar breaks down into 3 pieces and you can toss that in the case as well.But I really would have preferred that the carrying bag was large enough for EVERYTHING. It would have been much better. I mean, you can put it in the bag but you can’t zip it if you do.Overall I like the quality of the whole setup. But I do think the padding on the resistance band handles could be improved and the pushup board handles are plastic even though the board is wood. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but if they were made of something better like Aluminum that would have been appreciated. The ankle straps, door attachments, and resistance bands seem fine. I like that they came with the covers so in case the bands ever snap, you’re protected.The workout bar is quite nice. It’s sturdy, the padding seems efficient enough for out-of-the-box (Though I always add extra padding to my workout bars if using them on the shoulders), and the resistance band connectors on the bar should work well for years to come.-I like this setup and I think you get a lot with it for the price. Can recommend it still despite any shortcomings.

This board is super heavy and extremely well made! I was so excited, as I opened the pieces, because each one is solid! I even feel like the threads on the pieces of the bar attachment, are probably longer than necessary, which just shows an extra care and attention in its design. The bar itself is heavy, and would be useful for low weight, high rep activities. I like that the cords are covered in a sturdy fabric material, and they feel great, with the thick metal clips on the ends. I feel like I can really use all my effort, without fear of breaking or bending anything. One reviewer mentioned that they are too tall to do a full extension for shoulder press, but I'm only 5'6, so I can do this without issue. Maybe for a taller gal, or fella, this could be a problem, but I suppose this is the only time my short-girl stature is a benefit for me, lol. When the handle bars are locked into the board for push ups, they feel very secure, and require some significant effort to remove them. I also like all the variety of positions available, even for doing planks. The carrying case is bomb, and I love that I could easily take this with me on overnights, to be able to get my workouts in, without having to be creative. Our last vacation, I ended up using firewood for weights, but if I don't exercise, I'm an anxious mess, so this set will help so much!

The handles are way to loose in the board. Busted my hand first push up and almost a couple times while doing my set. I'll try again but I might return
