Junk, horrible customer service! Wont charge at all and has to be plugged in just right to even work. Don’t even bother

The PA speaker itself is fine sound wise and worth the price, however after returning the first purchase due to malfunctioning wireless microphones, the replacement wasn’t much better. The protective metal shroud around the wired mic was broken off, and one of the two mics keeps either disconnecting from the speaker or shutting off and the little screen on the same one turns on for a brief moment when you turn it on, then turns off almost immediately. In a nut shell…The mics are junk, the PA speaker is decent.

Wanted to use the system for sound amplification in a small meeting space. The wireless mics do not pick up sound if positioned more than 2 inches away from your mouth. Hardwired mic arrived damaged and unusable. Microphones do not have independent volume control. Returned the item less than 24 hours after I received it.

Deep rich tones from the microphone, both cordless and corded. More than enough power for my needs. Loads of choices from the back panel. My only gripe is I wish you would produce a much better manual to explain all the choices. All in all, a great machine.
