Needed a voice mic for my oldie BOSE SoundLink II. Am hardly a guru with this stuff. Called a music/audio store; was told I needed a pre-amp, etc., etc. Dahh. Decided to investigate. Came across this PYLE unit at a ridiculously low price, but with design and specs I wanted. Amazon return policy sealed the deal. Bottom line: NOT GONNA RETURN THIS BABY!!!. PYLE has a true winner if you're looking to amp voice in a gathering, indoor or out (w/out competing wind or noise) for 30-40 folk. Thank you Amazon and PYLE!Mike LubasRochester NY

Headset works great! No background noise and it has a good distance to travel. I would recommend it to anyone that would like a great set. No problem to speak about.

I use this to teach a weight lifting/fitness class (jack adapter w/receiver works in gym's sound system). Does not seem to have interference with frequency of their receiver used for other headsets. I prefer this because you don't have to wear a bulky headset cabled w/antenna battery pack. This is the 2nd Pyle set purchased. The first lasted ~1year until the mic would not recognize voice (the flexible wire eventually began to rust from sweat too). A coworker bought one also, but hers lasted only 3-4 months until it quit syncing with the receiver.Though the packaging says can work to bluetooth your music while using mic, the instructions appear to be translated from another language so aren't very useful & I have never been able to see PYLE in my bluetooth choices on my phone, tablet, or MP3.PROS: Comfortable to use, loud enough to be heard over music. Lightweight.CONS: I only use it for a 1-hr class, but the battery doesn't seem to hold enough charge for two classes - need to charge each time after use. I forgot to charge for teaching a 2nd time in a week & it lost power mid-class. You do need to be very close to the mic for voice pickup. Dual charge cable is very short. Does not seem very durable (seems fragile). Metal stickers for button labels fell off quickly after began using - would have been better to paint or etch them in the plastic instead or use waterproof/durable printed stickers.

I was so disappointed in this headset. It did not work with the Pyle speaker that I have. The receiver did not fit properly into the aux. input. A cheaper headset works just not loud enough. this one does not work at all. I am returning today.
