Originally I thought this was a great ball. Then the inside split. Now I have a visible crack in the bottom of the thumb hole. Come to find out it’s totally split inside. Does not last long if you’re in a league.

Was a great ball. Very reactive and love the pin action. Make sure you get it drilled correctly. Recommended it to my dad, and he bought one also. Which he loves!

This Bowling Ball performs great. Good back end &power when entering the pocket. This ball literally smells the pocket in wet or dry lanes conditions. I use the 15lb and I love it.

I needed a ball to replace my Ebonite Cyclone. I am a 2 handed bowler with a high rev rate, so I needed a ball that does react to quickly and would get down the lane before hooking. I found that entry level bowling balls fit the bill perfectly and were a lot cheaper than the high end big hooking balls. Since the Cyclone is no longer made I looked around and found that the Pyramid Antidote seem to be very similar to my Cyclone. The main difference was the Cyclone has a asymmetrical core and the Antidote has a symmetrical core. My understanding is that in the hands of a skilled bowler the asymmetrical ball can really get more angle into the pocket an therefore increase the chances for a strike. But in the hands of a less skilled bowler they can be unpredictable. The Symmetrical ball is more predictable, so I decide to try it out. I was a little worried since Pyramid isn't a big company compared to Storm, Brunswick, etc. But the ball seems to be well made and most importantly matches up well with my speed/revs and actually hooks a little more than my Cyclone so I had to throw it a little faster.

Awesome ball. Worked well for me on medium-light lanes with my ball speed of 16-18mph and rev rate of about 375-400. Strong back end reaction and hook. Not so for me on medium-heavy lanes with along pattern. If I throw the ball at a lower speed and in the area of the dry part of the pattern, it hooks just fine. Otherwise it skids too much.

First off, this ball looks amazing and it often gets admired, especially when rolling down the lane. This ball is very forgiving with an especially late break, which is do to it's high set weight. This means if you're looking for a ball that wil be smooth from start to finish this isn't for you. This ball will carry late and give you almost distinct variations when going down the lane.

Great ball. I was a little skeptic about getting this ball after I use the Columbia300 brand for 1 year, my average is 181. I got my ball drill and I play a game just for fun , the lines were kind of dry out after some league games and I notice a sharp hook and more than anything the way it gets speed before it hits the pocket after the roll is incredibly . I'm waiting to play tonight on a "fresh" oil lines to see the performance of this ball but so far I'm really happy with this ball .

I used to be in a junior league before they shut the local lanes down. Recently started bowling regularly after 8+ year hiatus. Bought this ball after seeing it hook smooth with low revs in reaction videos on youtube. When it arrived, it had one very small chip, presumably from shipping, but wasnt big enough for me to care. This is the first ball fit to my hand, and first fingertip layout ive used. Rolled 179 on my first game. This ball is bitchin!! Smooth hook, predictable reaction, extremely diversive. Pyramid did well for only $100!
