Using this as a microphone extension for a vehicle mounted GMRS radio. The radio body sits under the passenger seat. All controls are on the mic itself, but the original cable isn't long enough to reach the radio body. Mounted this in the center console to give a clean look. I'm happy with the results.

Used this to install a Midland 575 in my Defender 110 to hide the unit. It was installed under the dash and this extension ran to the dash. A hole was drilled out and it was installed. Works great with this unit.
