These JJ 6L6GC's sound nice and the popping and crackling quit after I retubed the amp. The price is excellent, so I bought a second matched set to have a spare.

Put these in my JCM 900, a nice step up from the Groove Tubes (in my opinion), and cheaper. Great so far, excellent tones with single coil and humbuckers.

These tubes sound great! they do sound different from the 5881 that were in the amp prior.I have no regrets installing them
