My 5 year old likes the propeller and jet planes and he was happy with this set.The body is metal but everything else on some is thin plastic that can break easily. All small wheels move and planes stay balanced on a flat surface. Since some parts can break easily I would be careful with kids under 5 who like putting things in their mouth. Other than that this is a nice set for the price.

These are pretty sturdy planes and the wheels actually work! The plane wings aren’t as sturdy. There are different color so the decoration possibilities are endless
