it was as order so I could make it fit to camper by shorting it which on other one could not why I got this one plus it look stronger to way it was made

Rack was easy to install and set up. Very rugged construction and seems well built. Did require drilling 4 holes for 2 bolts after you get the desired position. 100 mile trip 1st use and there was very little bounce or movement going down the roadway. Will also double as a nice flag holder at the campground if you purchase a 2" hitch mount for flags.

Arrived double boxed-good, Inner box an obvious repack-bad. Missing one of 4 mounting brackets. Quick Products doesn't support it, doesn't have replacement parts. A well made sturdy product but if the manufacturer doesn't support it, I will never buy their products again. I was going to return but fabbed a bracket from unistrut. I wish they would have offered a partial refund. Its too heavy to rebox and return

The material looks solid and easy to put together. It arrived missing 1 of the 2 lower post pockets and all 4 mounting brackets. Will contact Quick Products Customer Service and hope they can get the pieces to me quickly. Will update stars once I get it put together.

The flanges that accept the cross beam with the receiver are warped and the pieces would not fit together. Had to bend the flange into place with a spreader (all thread and nuts). After that it fit together fine. Very sturdy but heavy frame.Had to get longer bolts to accommodate with width of my trailer beams.
