And construction is hard to understand bc the drawings are less than small and directions say nothing just connect a and b...I am looking to replace it with something better.But: for party or any other temp reason FOR THIS MONEY? - PERFECT!

As instructed, you should definitely have two people, and ladders handy. Assembly is "pretty" straight forward. Had to re-visit and correct one or two mistakes! The hardest part is getting the canvas over the frame top, as this shelter is quite tall. Overall, lots of room underneath, cant beat the price! If I was to change anything, I would have liked a heavier duty canopy. No issues, but it seems like it could be aesily damaged.

The main issue I found after purchase was that although item is advertised as (NEW), the one I received was not entirely NEW. At least not what one would reasonably consider a NEW item. I do believe the roof tarp was NEW, although I had expected a more durable material. Canvas would be nice. I already have several sections of the seam area's leaking during rain. I absolutely will need to replace with a different item. So box's were in bad shape to start, A section was already assembled while manual indicated needed assembled. Frame does seem to be durable but also scratched and shows obviously had been used. I don't mind buying 2nd hand BUT, I expect to be informed of this. I am currently taking pics to send as proof of my conclusion. I don't feel confident of any reasonable compensation although I am fairly certain the company knows they falsely advertised this product as NEW, instead of USED, LIKE NEW. I would not recommend buying from this company. UNTRUSTWORTHY, wish me luck!!

Overall we are happy with this carport. The steel framing seems quite solid and the cover is pretty heavy, though the decorative trim was not sewn well. The problem was that the instructions have mistakes and omit several critical steps which we had to figure out through trial and error. But once finished it is working well.Only time will tell if it holds up. I chose this one because it claimed to be heavy duty, capable of handling some snow. However, the user manual says to take down the structure for inclement weather, which sort of defeats the whole purpose.
