The product is actually nice for my application. The issue I had was having to order twice...my 1st order was for 2 of the same size. When they were delivered one was the correct size, the other was the next size up. Since I found a use for it I kept it, but had to order another of the originally intended size. They do get the product out quickly to you, so my project wasn't delayed..

I'm using several pieces of fence top rail for a antenna mast.Mounted this to the fascia board to hold the mast upright, and it worked great. Not only has the mast solid, it is the perfect size for clamping the pipe.Maybe not the intended purpose, but it is the perfect solution.I am very happy with it, and can picture it being used in other ways quite successfully.

From the bottom of the flange to the top of the nut on the support shaft = 2 1/2 inches. The support ring is 1 1/2 inches with the red spacer in place. for a minimum overall height of 4 inches. You can then unscrew the threaded bolt about another 1 1/4 inches for an overall height of ~5 1/4 inches.I wanted to clarify that because QWork, while very responsive, gave me the following incorrect information: "The adjustable height(50mm-100mm) is the total overall height from the bottom of the base to the top of the support ring." (That's 1.9 to 3.9" for those of us who still measure by King Hank 8's thumb length.) I wanted these for something other than ceiling pipe so overall cannot exceed 2".The support seems very sturdy and looks good. I marked it down a star because the support ring is welded slightly off center so 3 or more could not be lined up perfectly straight. I did not mark it down for the incorrect information provided.

I used this to route and support some PVC pipe that exits my attic to the outside for drainage. Fit the bill perfectly! I'm not sure what the little red spacer is for (?) but in any case I didn't need it and the unit was exactly what I needed.

I needed a fitting to support a PVC pipe outdoors. This seems well made and fit perfectly. Time will tell how well made with an outdoor exposure. I had no problems understanding the quantities of what I was buying.
