Had a very tight space for upper ball joint zerk fitting and when nothing else would work, this did! It has an internal zerk that attaches to end of grease gun. Has enough play to get into spots bit doesn't leak! Should have bought long ago! In the pic I only flipped the grease gun as to not have it hanging in the pic....

Gotta love a good buy on a hard to find item!Just used it to grease hard to reach fittings the other day and it made it so much easier!! Good sturdy quality. Snaps on/off grease fittings like a champ!

Grease will not go thru this adapter. after trying to grease one jerk for 15 min, figured out no grease was going thru, all grease was leaking around hook up under sleve, tried another grease gun. still nothing. borrowed another adapter from friend. worked great. lesson learned. don,t buy chinese crap.
