We actually haven't used it yet; we wanted to wash it first. But, first impression is that the glass seems nice enough, but the lid looks like metal, and nowhere did it say what it was made out of. It is cheap plastic that doesn't feel like it would hold up with any kind of use. I would give it less stars but want to give the benefit of the doubt until we actually use it.
