Used on 2009 grizzly 700 to replace the original cap. At one third of the cost of a Yamaha cap I decided to take a chance on this, and it works fine, a little snug to install but not a big deal. I will have to see how it lasts.

Ordered as a replacement for a 2006 Grizzly 660. Don’t not fit the factory radiator. Had to return it.

The original cap is easily removed and installed by hand. I was not able to install this cap without channel lock pliers. I thought that after the initial instal with pliers, the cap would then be able to be turned with the hand. I wasn’t to be. The cap feels like it is a cheep generic design and it drags terribly. I went back to the original cap and it functioned smoothly. I guess I will need to buy the expensive OEM cap from the dealer in order to satisfy my needs.

Put this on my 01 YZ250F and it fit perfect. I was having issues with it overheating with my old one and it was just ugly, disclaimer is I did rebuilt the carb as well, I will say that this one fit way better than my last one and fits snug and had issues with cars before where this alone fixed it. No leaking, seals tight, looks great.

This does not fit a 2007 Yamaha yz85. It does not have the right grooves to allow the lid to grab onto the radiator. Better off going with an OEM versus a cheap one. Going to try and return it.
