I really like this little drum, it has a soothing sound to it and it’s small enough to fit in the palm of my hand. I can easily take it anywhere with me, throw it in my purse or yoga bag. It hasn’t rained yet so I haven’t tried it outside but I like the soothing soft tones of the drum. It will take some practice to be able to play it well, hitting each note in the right spot (because it’s so small). It comes with a booklet that includes how to tune the drum, and tunes to play. Unfortunately the writing is so tiny it’s barely legible - but I’m sure I can look it up online.

I have these as gifts and everyone loves them. They haven’t made it in the rain yet put everyone was using the tiny drumstick to make music.

I bought this to use exactly as it's advertised, as a rain drum. I have several of them outside, and this one seems a little less loud than the others (maybe the tongues take more force to sound) but it does sound very pretty sitting under my rain chain.
