The plastic jar is a bit iffy. I had to relight by holding the jar sideways and the match melted the plastic. I had rechargeable electric lighters but they don't last long and disposing of the batteries is a pain so I went back to more enviromentally frenly matches. Otherwise a good deal.

I have been avoiding the plastic encased candles because I was worried about how they would hold up to the heat of continuous burning. I am so glad I tried these out though! I have had no issues at all, and I leave my prayer candles burning until they are completed (even overnight).The candle is high quality all around. The price is in-line with this type of candle, but the wax quality seems higher than others I have used before.Highly recommend these to anyone who uses prayer candles or just wants to have long lasting candles on hand for emergencies.

I live on the East Coast where hurricanes are our major weather threat. These will go in my emergency kit. The fact that they will burn all night, for several nights make them perfect for this. Being in breakproof plastic vs. fragile glass is a big plus. I think 3 of these for the price is a great value and they won't expire like batteries.

so I didn't catch it but the candles come in a plastic jar so for me it pretty much useless and it's a vegetable oil wax double useless great fire hazard
