Check out the quality of the pad- straight out of the box. This is a brand name product. It couldnt (for obvious reasons) be used.

I tried for a few hours to get these to fit but even with the adjusters all the way down the drums would not go on. I finally put the old and new shoes next to eachother and compared various measurements. They were off by by quite a few mm in places. No wonder they didn't work.

Le produit ne fit pas ,, j'ai du grinder les deux pieces pour qu'elle fit ,, un 1/8 de chaque coté .. Plus jamais de Raybestos. Honda Element 2008

I had to do a little bit of trimming to make it fit on my Honda Element but it does work.

Problems with fit. Even with adjustor all the way in, I could not get the drum to fit over the shoes. I had to file away the notch where the adjustor ends are seated to bring the shoes in far enough to fit the drum.

I probably didn't have to change my parking brake shoes but they're rusty along with most of the hardware & backing plates since this car was in a snow states for the last 11 yrs of its existence .
