I was not able to install these on my 2009 Toyota Corolla S. Although they look similar to the original shoes I found it to be an impossible task getting the drum to fit back on the wheel. They are simply too big. And yes, I adjusted the shoes and cleaned the hub prior to installation. Perhaps the shoes are similar to the Beck shoes which require modifications prior to installation. The modifications being that you have to grind down the tabs on the side so that the drum will actually fit over the shoes. I gave up trying...

Been using these pads for a few months now. Honestly believe they are a great addition to my 2010 Toyota Corolla S, bought them along with the matching Raybestos drums. Highly recommended!!!
