Clearly not new. Should have been labeled open box/return.They didn't look to have been used, but instead bought for a Japanese made Corolla instead of a American model, then returned. I still gave 3 stars for delivery speed and value. They work, and still cheaper than the parts house.

I ordered these shoes back in March and only attempted to install them this past weekend. These shoes DO NOT fit a 2002 corolla. Since it's way past the return period I'll have to eat the cost, but there's no way these shoes could be used. I went to my local Napa parts store and got "premium" shoes that were perfect - and were even less money. So while the quality may be fine I can't use a part that doesn't fit.At the Napa parts store I was told there were two different part numbers for a 2002 corolla, so perhaps this part may fit that year if the car was manufactured after a certain date. So just be aware.

Work great on my 2005 toyota corolla. Install was not too bad. Parts looked and felt to be quality made
