Decent quality plastic, rims are secured together with 8 M2.5 bolts. Not sealed when fully assembled, so if your rig is very heavy they will compress easily. I added some paint around outside of rim for a bit of contrast. Purchased for a cheap rock bouncer where I wanted light weight. Offset is a couple millimeters inside of centerline. Will update if these fail too easily.
