The first headshell and stylus that I ordered arrived without any issues, but when I installed it, it was obviously defective. I returned the headshell and stylus and was supposed to receive a replacement, BUT IT NEVER ARRIVED. The replacement was either lost or stolen at the USPS center in NEWBURGH, IN 47630. Tracking shows that it has been sitting there since December 24, 2024. I finally received a refund, but the shipping tracking still shows that the item is sitting with USPS in Newburgh.I went with another company!

Great replacement for the broken needle. Easy to replace. Sounds like a stock, I don't hear any difference.
