Be very careful if you purchase this. The program it uses is called 'AI Cool'. While the supplied earbuds were charging I paired (they call it bonding) the app with another pair of Bluetooth earbuds, actually my Bluetooth hearing aids. Now I can't change this to any other earbuds, including the supplied one. I can unbind but unless it's back to my hearing aids I always get an error message. Deleting the apps data, uninstalling/reinstalling the app. Logging out and back in. Changing the login didn't work either. There is an option to remove the account but clicking it does nothing. I wrote the company in China through the apps feedback and with their email address, both in English and translated to Chinese. Never heard back. So it seems the app is locked forever to my hearing aids which I didn't want. The reason I gave it 2 stars is because it does translate through the hearing aids, however I can't use it like that and will probably send them back to Amazon.EDIT: I did hear back from the seller in China who confirmed that once bonded it can't ever be changed! One star now..2nd EDIT:OKAY, 5 stars now. I've been in contact with the company in China. They've been very responsive and tried everything to remedy this problem. They just sent me another set of earphones and I was able to switch the bonding to the new earphones. It was my mistake to pair the app to my Bluetooth hearing aids and it's been reconciled. Make sure you pair the app to the supplied earphones! There is a small lag with the translation but that seems common with all audio translation apps I've used. I'm very happy now and we'll be going overseas soon and look forward to the translation capabilities!
