This stylus came nicely packaged and sounds very good to excellent. I wanted to replace the stylus on my ceramic cartridge 1byOne turntable because it had about six months of light-medium use (20 hours per week). My stylus sounded very good to excellent, but I thought that installing a new stylus might sound better. This new stylus sounded very good to excellent, also. I couldn't truly tell the difference. I saved my original stylus and left the new one installed thinking that I might hear a very slight improvement in the sound.

I have an old suitcase turntable that I use for albums of questionable quality, never changed the stylus before, these are easy to change and a much better quality than the original, and the sound quality has greatly improved.
