Just added a dual battery system to my off road rig and needed a nice way to isolate/shut the system off that I knew would 100% work. This is that solution! Works great! Easily shut off one or both batteries, allowing you to crank from one or the other.

This works well as a disconnect switch to isolate 12v battery. Installed on my fifthwheel to prevent the CO2 detector from draining the battery when not in use. I can recommend.

This switch is smaller, lighter, and much less expensive than some other available battery switches. It is difficult to evaluate the claimed current capacity and I did not test whether it will actually handle 200 amps. Presumably, the rating is the current carrying capacity of the switch rather than the current it can handle while switching.My application is switching a 20 amp battery charger between two battery banks rather than switching the battery banks to a load. This does not seem to tax the switch. To connect two battery banks together to power a load, or switch the load between banks, I would chose a heavier switch from well-established company.

This switch is just what I needed for my DIY solar power bank. It is the main disconnect for the whole system. The switch is well made of sturdy plastic with large lugs for the wires. The knob turns smoothly and clicks into position. I cut a round hole for the knob and mounted it from the inside of the box in order to keep a low profile on the outside. It is working well so far and I've already ordered another.

I installed this on a battery bank set up. To shut off all power from batteries to consumers. It handles the amperage easily, not surprising. Makes it easy to make sure nothing is using power when I don't need to.

$13 for a little one to both off battery switch is perfect for my RV when I want to store it well I'm not using it. This mechanical switch allows me to shut it off completely instead of the remote switches that constantly are looking for a signal and draining your battery at the same time. Has a very secure switch so you won't accidentally turn it on or off when you leave it sitting. Great quality and great connection!

I have this installed on the positive side of my PV (solar) input between the panels and my MPPT controller. The switch is very well built and it's easy to identify on/off - it's a 90-degree turn from on to off / off to on.The front of the switch has a little white sticker with an arrow and a little image of a battery. This fell off almost immediately upon opening, however.Lugs / O-Rings were NOT included (nor expected) but just be aware if you are looking for a switch with these included.
