I am trying to run a microwave in my trailer I bought their 200 amp breaker my shunt says I’m drawing a bit less than 130 amps. The breaker would trip in less than 3 min. So I upgraded to the 300 amp breaker and that held for maybe 4 minutes. I don’t get it. I guess I’ll try a bigger one of a different brand

The circuit breaker tripped at 135amps (12v) after 4.5mins.This breaker will not carry the rated load of 250amps for a 3000watt 12VDC/120v inverter.I bought this 300amp breaker to replace an identical 200amp breaker that tripped with a 135amp load.Bought a 300 amp six space fuse block and fuses instead…

Bought this for you in my camper. It was only powering my microwave. microwave is a 1000 W model. It would run about two minutes and the circuit breaker would trip. Removing the circuit breaker and the microwave would run fine.

Initial quality and function seemed good. Installed this in my Polaris RzR for circuit protection on my winch. I mounted it firmly to the body within 1 foot of the battery and beneath the rear passenger seat where it would be as best protected from dirt/debris/water as could be....even though I bought the so-called "weatherproof" version I thought this would be good form. The idea was to leave it turned off until I need the winch, then turn it on. If circuit overload happened due to a short or heavy winching, the breaker would kick out and keep my new ride from burning to the ground. When I was done winching, I would just flip it back off. I used the winch one time to unspool and respool the line under tension as directed with a new winch. Fast forward 10 months and just over 1,000 miles before needing it again when I found myself out alone and stuck on a steep hill with loose fill and sliding sideways into a tree trunk depression. I stopped, pulled the winch line out and connected to an uphill tree, hit the winch button and nothing!! Oh yeah...gotta turn the circuit breaker on...duh. When I tried to, the lever just moved freely with no tension or typical feel of making a connection inside. I tried the winch button again....yep, as suspected still nothing. The circuit breaker was stuck in the "OFF" position and was malfunctioning. Unfortunately I had gone out without any tools too, so had no way to fix it. Long story short, I was able to rig something up using a shackle and some first aid tape to "jumper" the terminals and operate the winch to get un-stuck and back to civilization. I will not buy again and would not recommend this item for anything that you will depend on for staying safe or getting back home....and highly recommend always taking along some basic tools and a first aid kit!

This circuit breaker trips after running 120amps through it for just a few minutes, NOT worth the price and does not allow the advertised 300amps to run through it... Would give it 0 stars if i could
