This set seems cheap, and it feels cheap.With 2 layers, the skirt is see-through, especially in a well-lit environment, even seeing the wire that holds the LEDs. A pair of pants underneath is a must. The clovers pasted on the outer layer are green on only one side and silver-through-green-mesh on the inner side. You see the inner side because the skirt is pleated and you can see the underside of several clovers through the sheer skirt material.The headband is also cheap-looking. The battery pack is pretty visible, especially when you are not a Photoshopped model or a preternaturally white backdrop. The clovers are held above the band using coil springs, and the coil springs and wires for the lights are really visible when you are in a well-lit environment. The backside of the band is especially unimpressive.This set is not great in good lighting. It is also not great in the club. The only part that fluoresces under a black light is the glue that holds the clovers to the coil spring. Its most natural environment is a moderately lit party, where the color is not nearly as saturated as what it looks like in the product listing photos.But hey, at $14 at time of writing, this skirt and headband are reasonably affordable.
