Living in Miami, my air conditioner goes 24 seven probably 10 to 11 months out of the year so I put a little bit of this down my pipes that lead out from the AC unit to keep the lines from being clogged up with slime and it works great before using this I was having the Aircon people come out at least every other month with water clogging up and dry, rotting and wet, rotting the wood underneath of my old air conditioner that I just replaced and had mounted to my concrete wall in the garage I highly recommend this to everybody It is just a great maintenance product to keep your air conditioner lines running clean and slime free.
