For the price, I would say it's a good item. It will take you about 3 hours to install and at least a week to adapt so it can close properly.

I was not looking forward to installing this new top. However after watching a couple of videos I realized that it’s not that difficult to install.It was more difficult to remove the old one as it had a glass rear window. Getting to the nuts that hold the back of the top was a little harder.Take your time label the parts as you remove them left and right side.Remove the back seat and back side panels.Make any adjustments to the frame while the top is off.I saved myself quite a bit of $$This was my first time doing this kind of work and I am confident that I can do it again if needed maybe even make a few bucks installing it for someone else

Process purchase for a friend out of state Not sure if he has installed yet. But he said it looked good and price was not bad. Also arrived with in 7 days

I purchased the top last year in 2021 for my mustang convertible. I brought it to a professional installation company, because I wanted it done right! I do not have any complaints with the delivery or had any problem installing the top. My complaint comes in with the quality of the top itself. This summer the plastic (back window) started to peel and separate on the top. There is absolutely no way to attach the plastic back. I called the installation company and indicated that since it’s a one piece top, they would not be able to fix it either. They would have to replace the entire top. I am currently in the process of reaching back out to the company to see what can be done. Also, as you can tell I keep my car covered and well kept!

This top fit my son’s 2002 Ford Mustang convertible, perfectly. I did ask that instructions be sent with the top. I got them in an email. They we too hard to follow. I wound up finding a video on YouTube with the step by step instructions on how to install the new top. 2 days later, we had the old top removed and the new one put on. It was NOT an easy task. However, if you have the time & patience, it can be done by you instead of paying a fortune to have it done. Having 2 people on the job is definitely a plus! Once the new top was installed it was SUPER tight and hard to lock the convertible top down. Once we did finally get it locked into place, we parked it where it could sit in the sun. After a day of sitting in the sun, the top did stretch like it needed to & now it goes into place without a hitch. The quality of the convertible top is excellent. Looks great on my son’s car!

We are very pleased with this product. It fits perfect and looks good too. Was very easy to install. We called customer service for assistance and they were great. They assisted me in a very timely manner and were very courteous and even called me a few days later to check to see if i was satisfied.

Easy to install, if you take your time and do not rush. Pay attention to removal of old top. Took about 12 hours. I am pleased at this point has only been 2 weeks but top has been up and down a few times with no issues. Pretty snug the first couple times closing top.
