1.The screen is easy fragile,please be careful when use it,make sure the aluminum shell of your laptop is not deformed or bent before installation,otherwise, repair or correct it firstly,we will not be responsible for the damage caused by installed.

3.There maybe 1-5 dead pixels,cause LCD Screens are manufactured under ISO 13406-2 and ISO 9241 Class 1 standards, meaning they are not considered defective unless they have multiple pixel issues

I was able to successfully replace my touch screen and the product worked perfectly. What would have made me give the product a 5 or excellent rating would have been instructions for how to replace the product. There were no instructions for my specific laptop, which made the installation process a challenge and as a result I made a several miss steps which led to me bending part of the frame. I'm not a technician and relied on you tube videos of similar but not exact matches for my laptop. But the product is a perfect match for my laptop as indicated and if you have the technical background you should be completely satisfied with the screen.
