The handles put together great, no problem. Sticking that unit in the shovel part was a little tricky and stiff but that's okay. It won't come apart easily. Lightweight but sturdy. I won't get screwed without a shovel again. Since my apartment complex can't be bothered, I'm covered.

I bought one for each vehicle. I live in East Texas, so these won't get a lot of use. But I did get to use one of them once last winter and it was great...much better than the credit card approach. The curve design of the spade directs the frost/ice/snow away from you so you don't end up with bits of frozen water on your sleeve or your hand. I like the compact design so they fit nicely in the door pockets on my vehicles and they don't take up much room inside during the off months.
