It works very well and is useful for my work at heights. My only observation is the quality of the hook; tends to be damaged easily. You have to use it carefully to avoid damaging it.

The lanyards are nice and heavy duty, but instead of pairing good quality locking carabiners, this company uses cheap garbage. The biner nut is extremely loose and do not have a stop at the top, so these do not work.

Being OCD and a color code-addict, I loved that this came with 3 lanyards in 3 different colors. It is a quick way to color code a tool you always have on it. The elastic is strong enough for tools, with a "lightly" locking carabiner and a elastic rope on the other that you can tighten.The glove clip is handy for all storts of small items. I actually use these items while I am gardening for my tools to hang off my belt or a local tree I am using so I don't have to put my tools down.I gave it 4 stars because the elastic feels like elastic bungee cords and I am not sure they will hold up to ALOT of wear and tear in the elements. The carabiner locking device sometimes slips out of place.

The lanyards work as expected but I will be replacing the carabiner. They are supposed to be a screw lock type but there is nothing keeping the screw lock in place. It's like a nut and will keep going in either direction. I also received 2 different kinds of cords and cord holders. Not sure which is better yet.

The 3 tethered tool lanyards are in 3 different colors and are made really well in strong elastic materials with a locking carabiner on one end with a very nice tightening elastic rope on the other....these are the BEST out of several I have now from other manufacturers, just sayin' because I value my tools even the tethers that could prevent a disastrous drop.The glove clip is built to hold onto a pair of gloves and does a really good job at that. It has a plastic clamp on one end, which is fine and a small metal carabiner on the other.The 3 stainless steel rings accomplish holding onto tools through the handle holes making these very handy on the work belt too! One thing I’ve found with these rings is that the threads are delicate and require patience to work the connecting threads...easy does it.Awesome set Highly Recommended !

I'm starting out in a new hobby - metal detecting. One of the tools used is a pinpointer (small hand-held detector) which can be easily dropped or forgotten while on the hunt. This isn't much of a problem with an inexpensive $10-15 pinpointer. But when you just spent a large amount on a high-end pinpointer, well, _then_ it becomes a problem. I wanted a good lanyard that is more reliable than one of the small, coiled kind that many use. I had my aha moment when I saw these in the Vine program listings.You get three lanyards in the box (orange, yellow, and black), a glove clip, and three keychain tool tethers. I was interested only in the lanyards and selected the orange one to use with the pinpointer. I have to say that I am quite happy with how this will work. The lanyards are long enough for me to easily use the pinpointer. I also like the versatility of the lanyards as you can use them for secure other tools as well.For me, the lanyards will do exactly what I wanted. They seem to be well-made and are priced fairly for what you get.
