New 10’ Retrospec dock was left inflated at 6psi for a week - far below recommended psi. The cover has begun to come unglued at seams. Retrospec would not cover under warranty. They say it states to deflate after daily use. This is a floating dock that we use at the lake. It would take hours to deflate with the hand pump included. Even with a good electric pump it would take 30 minutes to deflate. This is from their manual:Do not store your board (inflated or uninflated) in direct sunlight or excessive heat conditions, such as inside a closed vehicle. Excessive heat will increase the pressure in the board beyond the recommended PSI and may cause irreversible damage. If you must store your inflated board in the sun temporarily, protect it by placing it in the shade or by covering it in a towel. Release a small amount of air pressure to allow it room to expand from the heat. Pump it back to full pressure before using it again.Again - not satisfied with Retrospec response. $700 product made for lake use and you have to spend an hour or 2 inflating/deflating?

Can’t be left in the sun (isn’t that the point) without multiple bubbles forming. Otherwise a lot of fun

We leave it in the water the entire weekend trip and anchor it out in the lake. then when we leave we leave it blown up and store it in our garage! It never ripped or tore from various logs or tree debris. I will say we had a tornado and it did finally get destroyed but it took a tornado to do that. We had it for 2 years with zero issues. but it is big so having a place to store it and not having to blow it up every time would be greatly beneficial.

This is awesome! It was in the lake for the weekend and stayed pumped all weekend and was easy to take out (with 2-3 people helping). Easy to deflate and store. Highly recommend. It does need a powerful air pump to get it inflated but as long as you know that before you start - it will work perfect.

Best Thing EVER!!!!! adds tons of space when hanging on the boat for the weekend or even the day. I had 4 topless Women sunbathing last weekend and now I have a strange tan line on one of my legs that looks like an eggplant.

This product is very heavy. It will require 2 people to move and lift. The manual pump is ineffective in inflating the dock. It took me over an hour of pumping to get about half way inflated. I found it very difficult to inflate while on a boat. I recently purchased the automatic pump but I feel it should have come with it for an item this big.Looks great, floats good, has an odd smell like fresh vinyl seats or something plastic that's new.

Used for a big bay party with 100s of young people, held up well and was stable.

Apparently this is not designed to be left out over night. It is day use only. I left this in the water for a month and it fell apart and sprouted little leaks all over the raft within 2 weeks of it being out there. If you use it for the day and then wash it and deflate it every day, I am sure it would be fine, but DO NOT leave it in the water for extended periods of time. I contacted the company and they told me it is day use only. It would be a ton of work to deflate, wash and then re-inflate this thing every day. I had the 10x10 and its quite large and heavy to be dealing with on a daily basis.
