This works well as a backup but draws a lot of power, enough to slow down my engine when tuned on.

This one was for the oil cooler. I loved it so much i replaced the fans on the radiator with larger ones

Been using it for several weeks now on my transmission cooler, no problems works well. Little loud but not bad you can hear it. Sound reminds me to turn it off when I don’t need it.

This is a well-made fan, and it was delivered 72 hours after I placed my order. The rest of the order, which all came directly from Amazon and was all lightweight items, took nearly a week longer to arrive. Kudos to American Volt. I will be ordering a few more of these, as they work extremely well directly wired to a 75 watt "12V" solar panel.

I added this to my aftermarket auxiliary transmission cooler. i just wired it in with my electric fan so it turns on around stoplights or when its hot in general. works great. this is not a Flex-A-Lite fan by any means. but is a great price, and moves a lot of air for the small size, comes with a nice installation kit. with all you need to mount it to an automotive oil cooler.

This fan is powerful, be careful... As I was "testing" the fan, unsupported, (I knew better), I chopped off the end of my thumb with the spinning fan blade. The blade broke off of the fan hub. Don't be a dummy like me, do not "test" this fan unless it is secured to something. I will order another one because it is perfect as an auxiliary cooling fan on my Jeep, impressive air flow. . I will now go to the Hospital, Thank You.

Just installed this fan on my 2016 ultra limited for extra cooling and the fan fit Weill in front between the two radiators. The fan push air enough the keep cool temp. As far as life span I don’t know yet to quick to determine.
