pretty easy set up. They are great for making your own lamps or hanging light. You just screw in into the ceiling. make sure if you are using heavier lamp shades that you get the right weight baring hook. The one they give is perfect for lantern shades.

I used this product in conjunction with bright orange LED bulbs to illuminate porch jack-o-lanterns instead of small, underpowered battery-op lights. I plugged them all into an outdoor power strip. They are simple and durable. Very happy with them.

It seems like the product is in good working condition and will meet my needs. However, the package had been opened (and likely used - I don't know), so it should have been sold (and priced) as "used, like new". It was sold as brand new.

These work great and the price was also great! It doesn’t cover a huge area due to not having the metal backing on it, but it does the job for my tomato plant and produces enough light for it. I also love how there’s an on/off switch. Super happy with them! Overall I’m very satisfied!

My ceiling light fixture broke but I am not so handy to unmount and install a new light fixture. The hook provided is easy to screw to the ceiling and holds steady. The only downside is that the cord was a little too short if I wanted to extend the bulb away from the electrical outlet.
