The packaging was previously opened, top and bottom, barely held together by original sticky tape patches. The IMS was off the rest and bouncing around in the box, IMS, bolt and lock down screw, and round adjuster nut. My hands are swollen and shaky, and I had a difficult time putting it back together. I tried to look for a parts list to make sure everything was in the box. All my other driven rests, has a sticky pad that holds the arrow in place while the rest is down. this one did not!. Once I got it back together, it worked as it should.
