I bought this pan specifically to cook a prime rib for New Years because of the good reviews and it looked nice. After cooking the prime rib , the drippings stuck to the pan and I could not get them off. Soaked the pan for 2 days- still stuck. When I tried to use a soft scrubber to clean the coating came off! I’m going to throw it away. Would not recommend.

The pan is a perfect size. It held my 18.21 lb turkey. The handles were convenient and allowed me to safely handle the heavy bird around the hot oven. It was easy enough to cover in foil and transport to our destination. Cleanup was a breeze. Great roasting pan that I will be sure to use again, hopefully before next Turkey Day. Great product and affordable. Highly recommend.

I am so impressed, I'm 63 so I've cooked a lot of turkeys in my life. This was able to keep the turkey away from the drippings without having to turn the turkey around it came out perfect. The cleaning was so easy and it's a value for the money high quality material, and scratch resistant. I cooked a 13 lb turkey in this because it was just three of us but it would definitely hold a larger turkey

Needed a good pan for a 21 lb turkey. This did the trick. It kept the turkey up off the juice coming off the turkey and made removing it from oven and then the rack with handles as well was so perfect. Also I carved the bird on the rack making it so easy without if sliding off anywhere when applying pressure. This is an awesome pan and I could have used something like this years ago.

This served me well for a second roasting pan for a large crowd gathering.The handles are sturdy and easy to grip. The coating stayed on even in high and low temperatures.

Can't wait to use it. Heavy duty. Gold handles are sturdy and the pan is very thick. Looking forward to making my Thanksgiving turkey in it! Looks very fancy.
