This is a great quality product, unfortunately I could not use it and returned it because it didn't fit my truck as stated on it's description.

My boyfriend had to modify these a little because we have a gmc and these are made for Chevy, it was not difficult at all to modify these to fit the sierra. They were easy to install, we painted them maroon to match the truck. This was easier than I anticipated. These really transformed the trucks appearance, there was barely any rocker panels left, it was 90% rusty/rusted away, the rest was pretty much salt and dirt. So not only was the truck unsightly, it wasn’t very safe to climb in unless you’ve had a tetanus shot. The rockers and tailgate were the only thing that rusted out so fixing these was a cheaper and more sustainable than getting another truck. I would recommend these especially in the Midwest, sooner or later your rockers are going to be gone and these are quality parts that fit Chevy and can be modified easily for gmc. These are a good value

Welded it in made the rockers look brand new. For a fraction of the price of new ones thank you.

Most defiantly you need a pop rivet gun and an extra set of hands along with an angle grinder. But it covers up that Chevy rocker panel rot pretty good. If you are a perfectionists this is not the product you are looking for. But if you just want to make it look better than here you go.
