This package is better than others on the market. This system includes a top of the line ported enclosure which gives you more punchy and better sounding bass. The vents were strategically placed on the bottom of the enclosure and then the enclosure is placed at a 15 degree angle to fire the bass out hard and give you amazing sound quality. This package also includes a mono block bass amplifier vs. most packages that have a 2 channel stereo amplifier. This mono amplifier is built just for loud bass. The amplifier is CEA-2006 compliant so you can be 100% sure you will get the power you expect. This is one of the only packages on the market that is CEA-2006 compliant. Most brands are unable to do this because they inflate their power ratings. CEA-2006 compliant means that these are tested and rated by the same industry standards used by other famous brands like Kenwood, Sony, Kicker, etc. The subwoofers in this package are of superior quality. They feature high power 1. 5" aluminum 4-layer voice coils with bumped and vented magnet motor structures among other features.

Easy to install. Thought it was going to be a great sub. Installed on christmas and already stopped working. Took it in to look at and said the sub is blown. That it was turned up to loud, it was never turned up all the way. Don't recommend

I can’t say enough how surprised I was of the quality and sound for the price. Skipped over these several times until a friend had recommended them for me. Wish I would’ve given him a chance sooner. Well, worth the money and definitely buying more

So when I bought this product I thought it was going to be really good and then for like 2 days it didn't come with the greatest instructions either I had to figure it out most of the way by myself but the amp only lasted 2 days it sounded great the first two days and then I was smelling something in my trunk that smelled burnt and it was coming from my amp and I didn't have it up that high so I don't know how the amp overheated it's not summer time anymore what is a better amp to put with the sub tried to contact them to see if I can get a better product to go with my sub but so far the sub box was beautiful the wires were pretty you know good quality and they sent enough

unfortunately after only a month (maybe less) with our sub, it stopped working. it had been in my possession longer since it was a bday present for my nephew. we hooked up another sub to the amp setup and it worked fine. assumign it was just the sub itself. i hit up rockville cust svc, even outside of my return window. and i hit up audiosavings cust svc. audiosavings got back to me within 12 hrs and was already starting the tracking info to get this sent back. it was FANTASTIC. resolved the issue and immediately had DEM BUMPSSSS... would recommend and honestly we may buy more just for the fact their customer service will fix whatever issue you might come up with.

I bought this product for my sons first car sound system. Definitely was surprised when installed. The sound quality was really good with a little fine tuning. I have no complaints, “value for money” I will give it a gold star!!

Sub blew out after about 20 minutes of using it. Box is nice and the amp is working alright for now.

Sub was already installed in box which made it easy for me. I had it installed maybe 2 weeks and the speaker blew and i am not one that needs to have it blasting. Way too small of a wattage sub to be with 1000 watt amp. I would not recommend Rockville for any system. The amp gets hot way to fast so it cuts out and i have all the settings as low as i can get them without losing sound. The box is made of cheap plyboard or something idk but when i took the screws out it all just crumpled around it. Dont even waste your money. Hifonics is the best subs i have found and i am going to stick with those from now on.

Bought this set up for a friend and wired it up for him. Within a week he blew the subwoofer (I knew he would, I expected it even) but for the money this box is incredibly made well, and the amplifier is solid. I put it on an amp dyno and it really performed well. If you’re looking for a great set up kit get this and just plan on replacing the subwoofer. I gave it five stars because of the full value of the kit no matter the subwoofer blowing
