Got this for my daughter who is a teacher and she loves it! She was amazed that she could fit so much in it, especially all those papers to grade, books, and a safe place for the laptop and even lunch. It is well made and sturdy and hopefully will last a long time. The wheels and handle are much stronger than many out there. Also - it is attractive and really eliminates carrying a bunch of bags or a backpack to school.

Not what i expected for $89. Package arrived used, with a torn pocket and in a Samsonite suitcase box. It’s not a samsonite suitcase. Did shipping not notice this? The packing material was just stuffed in the box and obviously taped closed again.The product is not well made. I have insulated fabric lunch boxes that are sturdier. Very flimsy. So disappointed. Amazon quality is going down hill while the costs increase. I am upset I have to now hassle with a return due to their poor quality control.

WELL TO BE HONEST, IT IS NOT STURDY AND DOES NOT ROLL WELL AT ALL. THE WHEELS ARE NOT SPINNER WHEELS AND SO IT FALLS FORWARD A LOT. NOT HAPPY WITH IT.

I use this as my teacher bag plus I’m currently taking classes and this tote has been amazing. I carry 3-4 text books, laptop, iPad and note books, plus various other items -mouse, stapler pens, chargers, heck my lunch, keys and wallet most days. I think the size and pockets are perfect for my needs. If you don’t tip it to far back when rolling you can put a yeti in the side pocket with the zipper open and not have it spill out. I place this on the back seat of my car on a towel or in the rear of my car. I’ve taken it off the wheel so save space when traveling but 90% of the time it’s on the wheels. The handle does occasionally get stuck in the extended position but I just squeeze the release and push the little button in that locks it in place. I will probably never use the shoulder strap it came with because of the amount of weight I load into it. Happy with my purchase and I get compliments on it all the time.

Ordered large size of this bag was delivered on time very satisfied on size and look and feel of bag however was missing base insert. Only option was to send bag back wait for refund and reorder which was way too time consuming, wrote to customer service and they responded promptly and offered a replacement at no charge and able to keep bag already delivered. Very appreciative. When new bag arrived again very promptly and this time ALL components were in package SPOILER WAS THEY SENT ME THE SMALL BAG and the only reason I chose this company and option was for the size option of the large bag that they had so to say happy with their promptness and customer service VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR ATTENTION TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER ORDERS AND WHAT THEY PACKAGE AND SEND OUT!!!!!!
