I'm very happy with this faucet. The color ans style is modern. Along with similar fixtures for my sinks, this tub set really helped bring my old bathroom into style. I did have a plumber install everything so it was professionally done, but there have been zero leaks and no problem at all. One tip: make sure you have a water softener if you have hard water or calcium shows up easily on the darker color.

Nice looking faucet, great design with a nice waterfall faucet. You can install if you already have the correct hook ups, but if not you will need a plumber. But with the correct fittings I was able to install in about an hour. Very easy to use handles and everything seems of high quality.

This faucet is gorgeous. It's well made and the perfect gold. It's more like a rich brass color. Of course I love the waterfall. I will say that if you have a side or angled install like in my photo, be sure that your tub is wide enough to catch the water flowing out. The faucet does cast water a distance when turned on high flow.

Packed well, finish is great, easy to install, great look and great water flow!Make sure you have 1/2" ball valves to supply water - if you have a little 3/8" compression fitting you'll only get a trickle!

The product seem to be well made, but sometime there can be issues. In my case the cold water valve side leaks through and the hot water valve holds fine. After determining the cold water valve was bad, I called customer service. Hard for me to understand the person I was talking to and they wanted me to take a video. Hard to video a internal part……….I’m frustrated. Can’t find a web site to order a replacement part that I’m willing to buy. Called again……..same frustration. Can’t find web site to order parts………….Red Flag??

We absolutely loved the way this faucet looked for our new jet tub, installation was super easy. We did have the wrong part for our cold water faucet, however the customer service is phenomenal!!! She was able to get us two different replacement parts quickly. We couldn't be happier with the end product, and it is very rare today if have such amazing customer service. Would 100% recommend!
